About us

A small, locally owned parking lot on Front Street

park@91front is a gated surface parking lot at 91 Front St, Binghamton, NY 13905, operated by a local owner who lives and works downtown. We built this site because the monthly parking options around downtown Binghamton had gotten confusing, expensive, and impersonal. We wanted to do one thing and do it well: a clean, gated lot, a fair price, and a real person you can email.

Location

91 Front St, between the Court St and Clinton St bridges. Directly across from Thai Time (96 Front St) and next to the Front Street frat houses.

Hours

Gated 24/7 for monthly passholders. Public short-term parking welcome during daylight hours.

Payments

All billing runs through Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Who we serve

This block of Front Street is the heart of the Binghamton University off‑campus housing corridor — the Greek houses, the student rentals along Murray St and Riverside, and the walk across the Court St bridge into downtown. We designed three pass tiers to match the people who actually park here:

How the lot actually works

The gate is card-access. When you sign up, you get a temp entry code emailed the same day and a physical access card mailed (or available for pickup) within a week. You can come and go as often as you like — no need to text us every time you move your car. Cameras record the lot 24/7 for operational purposes. The lot is outdoor, so we don’t plow in real time — standard downtown Binghamton winter rules apply.

Who runs this

The lot is owner-operated. You’ll get responses from a real person, usually within a business day. If something’s broken — gate jammed, card deactivated, billing question — email us and we’ll fix it. We do not outsource support to a ticketing system.

Why the launch price is what it is

We’re running a launch promotion: $130/month instead of the regular $150/month for the first wave of college passes. The price is locked for as long as your subscription is active — renewals don’t get bumped. BHS teacher and student passes are on their own school-year pricing and lock in from September through June at $65 and $55 respectively.
