Which plan is right for me?
If you need a spot nights and weekends — pick college / 24/7 monthly. If you only need it during BHS school hours (7 a.m. – 4 p.m., M–F, Sep–Jun), the teacher or student plan is a lot cheaper.
How does the gate work?
You get a personal access card. Tap it, pull in, park, and leave whenever your plan allows — come and go freely. We'll email you a temporary entry code the same day while your card is in the mail.
Can I cancel any time?
The monthly 24/7 pass cancels any time by email — no partial-month refunds. The BHS school-year plans are locked in Sep–Jun (that's why they're cheaper). Email support@binghamtonparking.com any time.
Is the lot safe?
It's gated and on camera. It's still an outdoor lot though — you park at your own risk and we don't take custody of vehicles. See the Terms for the specifics.
