This pass covers weekday school hours (7 a.m. to 4 p.m. during 2026–27), not overnight or weekend access. Billing and cancellation follow the month-to-month license linked above.

I have read and agree to the 24/7 Month-to-Month Parking License Agreement, including the Access Credential, snow-move, towing, risk, fee, refund, and cancellation terms. I authorize 91 Front Street LLC, through Stripe, to charge my selected payment method $65.00 plus applicable sales tax today and automatically on the Renewal Date each month until I cancel. My next Renewal Date (October 15, 2026) and total initial charge are displayed above. I may cancel online through the Stripe Customer Portal or by emailing support@binghamtonparking.com by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on October 14, 2026 to avoid the next charge. Cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. I specifically acknowledge the snow-move obligation in Section 6, the relocation and towing consent in Section 7, and the insurance, risk, and liability terms in Section 8.
